Dr. Heidi Aarsby-Logsdon has been a physical therapist since 2009. Dr. Aarsby-Logsdon is committed to returning you, pain free, to your daily and recreational activities. She believes that physical therapy treatment should be individualized and tailors her treatment plan in conjunction with you to meet your goals. Although specializing in pelvic health for both men and women, she enjoys treating all patients.  She has a special place in her heart for athletes as she has been an athlete most of her life. Dr. Aarsby-Logsdon has taken a variety of courses to offer a range of treatment options, including trigger point dry needling, myofascial release, connective tissue mobilization, kinesiotaping, and Functional Movement Screen to return athletes safely to their sport. 

Dr. Aarsby-Logsdon graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006 from the University of Wyoming before pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at AT Still University – Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, AZ. She graduated in 2009 and stayed in the Scottsdale, AZ area practicing for a few years before moving to Colorado in 2011. Since moving to Colorado, she has been treating patients in the Central Park neighborhood and is excited to join the Natural Balance family.

In her free time, Heidi is busy with her three daughters, one son and husband.  Her activities include running, biking, hiking and skiing. She has a love of marathons and triathlons – from sprints to ironman distance. 

Her advice to all patients: no pain is normal and there is always something that can be done to make your daily life a little more comfortable!
